Founders Edition is priced lower than future releases, as a thank you to those who came in on the ground floor. 

Frame specification 

• Cellulose Acetate frame construction. Lightweight & hypoallergenic. 
• Embedded bespoke core wire adding strength and rigidity to arms.
• Lightly concave arm profile for optimum grip without adding discomfort.
• Strength tested 5-barrel hinge with BRELLAS logo stamped into the metal. Superior durability and structural integrity.  
• Hot-foil stamped logo on arms. Durable & resistant to fading, maintains metallic shine after contact with skin / hair oils.
• 50□22-150 size. size.

Lens specification 

• Shatter resistant CR39 lenses for the perfect mix of clarity and strength. Scratch resistant. High ABBE value allowing superior clarity when compared to some other common lens materials. Lightweight compared to glass & less dangerous due to shatterproof qualities. 
• Anti-Reflective (AR) coating on rear, greatly improving visual comfort by reducing reflections on the back surface of the lens. This reduces glare, halo effects and eye fatigue.
• Category 1 absorption rate allowing superior clarity in all lighting conditions. 
• Lasered BRELLAS logo on upper left lens as a symbol of authenticity.
• UV400 protection, blocking 99 - 100% of harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Considered the gold standard for sunglasses.

Packaging specification 

• Vegan leather carrying pouch with embossed BRELLAS logo. Microfiber lining to protect the sunglasses and reduce scratches.
• Large sized, machine washable crimped cleaning cloth with embossed BRELLAS logo.

• Our manufacturing partner is a Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified facility (ensuring a fair working environment for all employees).
• Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) certified (ensuring ethical trading and corporate responsibility around labour standards, health & safety, environmental impact and business ethics).
• Manufacturing is carbon neutral, certified by the Carbon Footprint Standard. 
• ISCC PLUS certified by the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification.
• Shipping & handling is not yet carbon neutral. We're working on that!
